MMX opens its doors to the public on January 29th, 2010. The first exhibition will feature a light therapy room installation by artist Rebecca Loyche with a collaborative soundscape by Björk Viggósdóttir, video artist Reynold Reynold's will have his current video set and give a behind the scenes look of his work, screenings of Achivo_Dumboby curatorial team Caspar Stracke and Gabriela Monroy, installations by Daniel Wilson, Darri Lorenzen and Patrick Timm. Site-specific drawings by Ingo Fröhlich and Karin Schröder, video work by Pablo Fernandez Pujol and a light installation in the garden by Jonathan Gröger.  At the opening the Ebert Brothers perform.
